The UPSC CDS-II Written Result 2026 for the Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2026 has been declared on 19 October 2026 on the official website upsc.gov.in (Press Note dated 19 October 2026). 8,956 candidates have qualified for interview by the Service Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence, for admission to: (i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun — 163rd (DE) Course, commencing July 2027; (ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala — Course commencing July 2027; (iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad — 222 F(P) Pre-Flying Training Course, commencing July 2027; (iv) Officers Training Academy, Chennai — 126th SSC (Men) (NT) and 126th SSC (Women) (NT) courses, commencing October 2027. The written examination was held on 13 September 2026; candidature of all qualified candidates is provisional. The examination was advertised under Notification 11/2026-CDS-II for 451 vacancies.

Candidates who gave Army (IMA/OTA) as first choice must register on joinindianarmy.nic.in.
